Who We Are

NC Vote Against is a project of NC By the People, a committee bringing North Carolinians together to protect our communities and our democracy from harmful constitutional amendments.

We believe our Constitution should protect our rights and freedoms and give each generation the ability to build a better North Carolina — not lock today's political choices into place for decades to come.

Across race, class, age, and geography, North Carolinians depend on one another. We pool our resources to educate our children, keep our communities safe, care for our neighbors, build roads and infrastructure, have a voice in elections, and create opportunities for everyone to thrive.

The amendments on the ballot threaten that shared future.
